On 19 July 2016 the Office for Good Governance of the Office of the Prime Minister (OGG/OPM) and the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to Cooperate for Trainings on Public Consultations Minimum Standards. This Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the OGG and the KCSF in light of the Regulation adopted by the Government Kosovo on the Public Consultation Process Minimum Standards and the obligations that derive from this legal act, the importance of further awareness of civil society organization and civil servants about public consultations minimum standards as well as the mandate of the OGG and the KCSFs scope of work. The Memorandum is a general agreement between two entities for drafting and implementing the civil servants capacity building program for the public consultations process. The activity is part of the two year project Support to the Implementation of the Government Strategy for Cooperation with Civil Society, financed by the European Union Office in Kosovo and KCSFs Civil Society Development Program.
